I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. it is fairly close to a bus stop, making it convenient for exploring the area. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was outstanding - they were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the rooms were great, and the view from my room was absolutely breathtaking. Lastly, the breakfast offered at this hotel had an excellent view, which made starting my day even more enjoyable.
There was one minor improvement that could be made at this hotel - the rooms could use some soundproofing. Other than that, all was perfect.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Reasonable location in walkable distance to lifts, although a bit too far for wearing ski boots. On site free parking appreciated.
Thin walls meant a lot of noise from other rooms. Frame around bed made it too short for anybody over 6ft tall. somewhat dated.

The hotel was in a good location with easy access by foot to the ski lift and access by a frequent bus service to the centre of town. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and welcoming, we also found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable, with a reasonable standard of food.

Great location near the main station and the ski area.
That you have to pay 20chf per person to use the wellness area. This is not explicit on the Booked.net website but you can find it on the hotels website where it says 10chf per person.

The location is very good - 3 minutes to the Parsenn cable lift. The personnel is very helpful. Quite decent breakfast included.
It was a bit cold in the bathroom but you can adjust heating and it helps a little. The rest was very good. The hotel met my expectations.

We had a wonderful stay at a small, clean and nice hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, with gluten and dairy-free options available. The location was convenient with local bus and train communication included in the package. We appreciated the sauna and Turkish bath after skiing. The beds were comfortable, and the hotel had a good restaurant that offered plenty of possibilities for dinner.
Our room was a bit small, even though we got an upgrade. The absence of a balcony was a bit disappointing.

Had a wonderful Christmas vacation at this hotel. The breakfast spread was amazing with gluten-free and dairy-free options. Loved the fact that we were given free tickets for the buses and mountain lifts. The staff was really friendly and helpful in guiding us towards nearby attractions.
The room could have been updated, although it was clean and cozy. The street noise was a little disruptive, but the hotel's central location was super convenient for exploring the town.
